Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, the jewels with unique stones are one of a kind and some products can be made identically multiple times. The photos are as representative as possible, but please have in mind that colors may differ a little due to lighting or individual monitors. Also check the additional information about measurements because every body is different and you may misunderstand the size from the photos.

Is the product waterproof?

Macrame jewellery is made by waterproof waxed cord of high quality but in any case, I suggest avoiding putting it into water to keep it always like new! With a little care, this jewel will be in your collection forever. You will find information on how to maintain your jewelry in this article.

Gift packing:

All of your orders are carefully packed as gift into pouches and cardboard boxes. The boxes are wrapped with bubbles. If you want me to put a special greeting card, you can contact me through the contact page!

Macramelfin is a small business based ιn Thessaloniki, Greece. I currently operate only online through this website,

How do you ship my order?

Orders are shipped with Hellenic Post, as registered mail or simple mail. I provide you with tracking number in both choices as soon as the parcel is shipped.

Shipping and Delivery time:

I need 1-3 days to process your order and ship your parcel (3-6 for custom orders). For Greece the delivery time is 2-7 business days. For Europe 5-10 business days. Shipping cost is calculated at check out. Cost per approach:

For Greece: 3,0-5,4 euro

Worldwide: 5-11 euro

If my parcel is lost, what can I do?

Your parcel is shipped with tracking number. If tracking history is marked as delivered, I am unable to give you a refund. If your package is lost, due to courier mistake, I will refund you.
