• Your orders are beautifully and carefully packed into pouches and cardboard boxes, ready to give them as a gift to a loved one or to yourself.
• The time I need to process your order is about 1-3 days and 3-6 days for custom orders. Please have in mind that all macrame jewelries are made knot by knot by me and only so I kindly ask for your comprehension. I’ll do my best to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Macramelfin is not responsible for delays due to customs.
• Orders are shipped with Hellenic Post as registered mail* or simple delivery** or with ELTA courier and tracking number is provided on both occasions.
• Clients are responsible for any Customs and import taxes that may apply.

*Registered (ELTA courier for Greece) : You are provided with tracking number and you will safely receive your package in your hands by courier.

(Hellenic post for rest world) : Delivery is made according to the local post office of each country

**Simple mail (Hellenic Post for Greece) : You are provided with tracking number and the order will be delivered to your house. If postman doesn’t find you at home, he will leave your package outside your door or you will be noted to receive it from your local post office. In case of loss and as long as it is mentioned as delivered, I am not responsible and I can not give you a refund.
